Beautiful place and amazing food. Just need milk options (they have only cow milk) which is surprising these days a bakery with not at least one second option like almond, oat, coconut, anything but animal.

We’ve given Bakery 2000 multiple chances because it’s convenient and we like supporting a Brazilian spot, but the service has been consistently poor. On our latest visit (05/29/2026), our order took far too long, and it only came out after we asked about it. When I went to pick it up, the employee made a joke about us “complaining,” gave a disapproving side look to the kitchen, laughed about it with the kitchen staff and argued instead of apologizing or explaining. I asked for her name and she simply walked away with very bad attitude and no manors. I walked to another employee to ask what her name was and after asking three times, she finally said it. Juliene, is extremely unprofessional, not prepared for the simple task of giving customers a good service and should not be in any position of dealing with people at all. I returned the food and asked for a refund. The owners daughter was the one present and who gave me Juliene’s name. While I was requesting my refund and explaining the situation, she lingered nearby, hovering and giving looks, as if to intimidate us while we spoke with the owner’s daughter. Based on several visits, this feels like a pattern of really bad service,

This is a weird little bakery.. when I walked in no one was at the counter customer wise just 2 employees behind the counter. They never greeted or acknowledged my presence. After 2 min another customer comes in .. different race then myself and they are immediately served. That's all I needed. I turned and walked right out. Sucks for this business because I had a large group order. DO BETTER!!!!

This is the first time I come to this bakery. I only wanted scrambled eggs and one toast for myself. I also ordered a chicken sandwich and a milk shake for my son. The cashier took my order and when I saw the ticket after paying I realized I had been charged more than a full breakfast that had proteins such as sausages and bacon. When I asked why that was I was told that next time I should order a full breakfast and remove the items I didn’t want so that it came out more economical. I can’t believe I wasn’t suggested that in the first place and ended up paying over $8 with taxes for 2 scrambled eggs not even organic eggs (she also says that scrambled eggs are more expensive) and 1 toast.

A nice Brazilian style bakery with delicious looking pastries. It is a big place inside with a side room great for events. It has a big TV. I was in the mood for those cheese bread, that was my reason to stop in today. I was disappointed with the ones they had. They were stale and a little hard. I bought other things in the case. The name was not written in English so I didn't know what I was getting but it looked good lol. The lady behind the counter spoke little English. It was enough to communicate how many but not what the item was. I was happy with the other pastries. They were good.
